2. Absence and make-up lessons2. 결석과 보강
Two weeks' notice is required to change or cancel a lesson, sent through the chat in the studio app.
Illness on the day, or an emergency beyond anyone's control, is the exception: the lesson is replaced with a make-up lesson.
For an illness on the day, tell us at least five hours before the lesson starts. Told later than that, the lesson cannot be made up.
A lesson missed without notice is charged as taught.
수업 변경이나 취소는 2주 전에 알려주셔야 합니다. 스튜디오 앱의 채팅으로 전달해 주세요.
당일 질병이나 천재지변은 예외로, 해당 수업은 보강 수업으로 대체합니다.
당일 질병의 경우 수업 시작 최소 5시간 전까지 알려주셔야 합니다. 그 이후에 알려주시면 보강도 불가합니다.
사전 연락 없이 결석한 수업은 진행된 수업으로 청구됩니다.
3. Exams3. 시험
An exam is entered together, once the teacher judges the student is ready. Entries and recordings submitted before that point are not taken.
A student preparing for a grade moves from the shared hour to one-to-one lessons.
From Grade 5, once an exam date is set, the two to three months before it run at two lessons a week ($200 a week for that stretch).
시험 응시는 선생님이 준비가 됐다고 판단했을 때 함께 결정합니다. 준비가 안 된 상태의 응시나 녹음 제출은 받지 않습니다.
급수를 준비하기 시작하면 2인 세션에서 1:1 레슨으로 옮깁니다.
5급부터는 시험 날짜가 정해지면 그 전 2~3개월 동안 주 2회로 진행합니다 (해당 기간 주당 $200).
4. The studio4. 스튜디오
Lessons are taught at a home studio in Sydney Olympic Park. The address is given once a lesson time is confirmed.
Parents are welcome to sit in, particularly in a young student's first term.

5. Photographs and recordings5. 사진과 영상
Lessons are sometimes photographed or filmed (hands at the keys, a piece being played) for the studio's own website. Nothing that shows a student is used without a parent's written consent, and consent can be withdrawn at any time. 6. Your information6. 개인정보
Enquiries. The enquiry form on oneum-studio.com sends what you type straight to the studio: your name, email, phone (if given), the student's age, what the lessons are for, your suburb (never a street address), the lesson language, how you heard about the studio, and your message. It is sent to and stored in the studio's app (Perception Notes), in an inbox only the studio's teacher and owner can open, and they are notified that it arrived. The studio usually replies by WhatsApp, phone or email. An enquiry is kept for 12 months after the last message in it, then deleted.
What it is used for. Replying, arranging a trial lesson, and, counted across all enquiries, seeing how families find the studio. It is not added to a mailing list, sold, or passed to anyone else.
Where it goes. The enquiry is kept in the studio app's database, hosted by Supabase. Before it is accepted, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person sent it; Cloudflare receives your browser's IP address for that check. The studio's app also counts enquiries from one connection for an hour, using a scrambled code made from the IP address rather than the address itself. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, also forwards the studio's email to the studio's own mailboxes. If you message the studio on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms apply to that conversation.
Visits to the site. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not try to identify individual visitors. The site's type is loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your browser's IP address when a page opens. The language you pick is remembered in your own browser only.
Seeing or deleting it. To see, correct or delete what you sent, write to [email protected]. An enquiry is kept for 12 months after its last message, then deleted.

전달 경로. 문의는 Supabase가 호스팅하는 스튜디오 앱의 데이터베이스에 보관됩니다. 접수 전에 Cloudflare Turnstile이 사람이 보낸 문의인지 확인하며, 이 확인을 위해 Cloudflare가 브라우저의 IP 주소를 받습니다. 스튜디오 앱은 한 연결에서 한 시간 동안 보낸 문의 수를 세는데, IP 주소 자체가 아니라 IP 주소로 만든 알아볼 수 없는 코드를 씁니다. 이 사이트를 호스팅하는 Cloudflare는 스튜디오 메일을 스튜디오의 메일함으로 전달하기도 합니다.
